KW Habilitation pairs Taco Farm & tequila

Reading Time: < 1 minute

KW Habilitation in partnering with Uptown Waterloo’s Taco Farm to host a unique and delicious virtual Tequila School event on February 25.

The interactive “vertical tequila tasting” (sampling the same tequilas but different years) led by Tromba Tequila’s Jukie Mecteau also features food-pairing demonstrations by Taco Farm chef Nick Benninger.

“We’re excited to get to work with the people helping build a better Waterloo Region for all at KW Habilitation. This is our second event, and we couldn’t be more grateful to be included,” said Benninger.

The night will feature a live auction and a 50/50 draw with proceeds from the Tequila School and the draw going towards KW Habilitation’s next affordable housing building, along with a portion of ticket sales.

Auction items include private virtual Tromba Tequila tastings with a dinner pairing for five people.

“It’s community building and some good old-fashioned fun too,” says Benninger. “Jukie from Tromba is always engaging, so this will be an incredible evening. We’re really excited to play a part in the fun.”

Ticket sales close February 22.
