50% off Gol’s Noods for healthcare workers
Frontline healthcare workers in Waterloo Region (and in North York) and their families can receive a 50%-off special at Gol’s Langzou Noodles on University Avenue until the end of August.
Owner Yuming (Chris) Gao is excited by the vaccination numbers grow, and he wants to see it continue.
“I’m very glad to see the vaccination progress in our province, and we can finally open the doors to customers,” he said.
Citing his own experiences receiving his second-dose vaccination from a retired nurse who had returned to help out in the pandemic cause, the Gol’s owner has wanted to give back. “I was so touched by her and all the frontline healthcare workers. The vaccination site was very organized and efficient. It was the first time I felt we can eventually overcome this pandemic,” he added.
That experience has prompted Gol’s (at their Waterloo and North York stores) to express their appreciation and to pay tribute to all frontline healthcare workers and their families with an offer of 50% off at Gol’s Lanzhou Noodle.
The noodles and other dishes are great at Gol’s, and the spirit of helping our community’s frontline healthcare workers is even better.
