Takeout seafood for Easter weekend

Fish and chips for Good Friday are a huge seller across Waterloo Region from just about every kind of restaurant — small take-away joints to upscale-casual dining. It seems everyone loves crispy fish and chips.

But, as spring rolls in (however slowly, given today’s April 1 temperatures), restaurants have other fish dishes to try.

Here are three choices for you to consider as the weekend is upon us (please check with individual venues for hours of opening and pandemic lockdown-protocols).
