Have Shakespeare for supper

Reading Time: < 1 minute

“Feasts, banquets, and everyday meals were central to daily life in Elizabethan England, a world reflected so lavishly in Shakespeare’s plays.”

My friend Mark Morton and I wrote this interesting collection of recipes and culinary and socio-economic history from the era of Shakespeare. Mark did all the hard and smart stuff and wrote the prose in this nifty volume; I took ye olde recipes and updated them from the Tudor period with ingredients you use today (rather than proteins like peacocks and sparrow brains).
