A look at some 2023 fave dishes

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Over the course of 365 days, I visit dozens of restaurants and eat lots of food. Some dishes stand out for their robust flavours and textures, but also their unique nature.

And so, at year’s end when various lists are traditionally drawn up, here are just a few dishes (from what could be many more selections) I ate, which captured those qualities.

But — and what I think is exciting — the dishes also represent a small portion of the spectrum of the wonderful variety and diversity of foods we can find in Waterloo Region.
