Bee Sting pizza, Earth to Table Bread Bar, Guelph Sweet meets savoury, via the the bienenstich pastry: Tomato sauce, Mozzarella, lemon ricotta, basil, olive oil infused with fresh and dry chilies, soppressata hot salami and a generous drizzle of local honey.
Detroit-style pizza, Graffiti Market, Kitchener The deep dish helps create an essential element of the pizza’s quality: a thick, caramelized crust, about an inch deep, that is at once crisp and chewy. It’s truly delicious.
