Steak and eggs (and HP Sauce)

The classic diner breakfast steak and eggs has an interesting history that may have started in Australia in the late-1800s. No one really knows for sure.
But what I do know is that it can be a delicious and hearty breakfast — or lunch or dinner — that is a real treat, especially on the weekend.
