THEMUSEUM gives to local hospitality
With a “Black Friday” kick-off, THEMUSEUM is supporting local hospitality with its annual holiday membership promotion.
That means that every person purchasing a Family Membership, as a gift for others or themselves or extending their current Membership, will save $25.00 and receive a $50.00 gift card to select local bars and restaurants through the initiative #SupportHospitalityKW.
Partnering with numerous restaurants and bars over the years, THEMUSEUM has created hugely successful food and beverage events with sellout crowds. With this Membership drive, they now plan to help their partners in the hospitality industry in Kitchener-Waterloo.
According to the THEMUSEUM, the recent PickleFest, virtually attended by 250 plus more than 1000 at-home viewers, was once again able to highlight local hospitality partners in a sold-out event.
THEMUSEUM is taking this support one step further with 100% of the gift card funds going to the respective bars and restaurants.
“We are all in this together was an early theme of the pandemic but now restaurant and bar owners are not feeling the love, having very little opportunity for revenue and having to lay off so many staff,” said David Marskell, CEO of THEMUSEUM.
“This initiative, I believe, is a win for all involved and I hope the community rallies to support both the hospitality industry and the arts and culture industry.”
The promotion is valid only on Family Memberships, discounted $25, plus a $50 gift card to the restaurant of their choice. Dual Memberships are also included in the promotion, which are $80 and include a $25 gift card to their selected restaurant.
